Everything is functional. screen/camera only had teeny blemishes. overall grade A appearance for a used phone in my opinion. battery was 89% condition which is ok for me. my iphone 12 it was replacing was at 82. also i bought the "plus" iphone version with the extra battery life so i couldn't be happier on how long it lasts. totally recommend this seller for value.
