Reviewing his negative feedback I see many instances of him ripping off customers. When I immediately responded I had taken the linkages off & packaged safely & separately in bubble wrap you doubled down claiming they weren't. An hour later claiming it was all there except the 1 part you told me you needed at the time of purchase. I accepted your return & immediately refunded you. Does anyone reasonable person think I would keep the 1 part you wanted & risk my reputation? WOW
