Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.

The seller is very professional and quick to respond to the issue I encountered with a DOA device. I understand that most of the used devices are still in a great condition.
