The item had a rubber-band to hold power adapter with the power cord in addition to the factory velcro. It was tested, as applicable, on a HP 15-dy5131wm laptop that needed the model specific power adapter. Cost was reasonable with inclusion of shipping cost as free. The item was working for charging purposes. It allowed the laptop to hold charge and operate. Thanks for having the item for my needs finding a replacement.

There was a minor hiccup with a very short shipping delay, but that was due to FedEx, so no complaints against the seller. Item was incredibly well-packed, and is working perfectly. The price was very much worth what I got, and I couldn't be happier. Will defnitely consider buying from again. Top seller!!!

Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

On my specific product a mistake was made and seller resolved it without any problems. Next time I purchase a similar product I will still consider this seller.
