Its from Italy via switzaland which lands you with a £36 customs charge plus a parcel force handling fee of £12, so £48 on top of the advertised price. Parcel force held it for over a week and i had to travel into manchester to pick it up. Ordered on the 15th July and arrived on the 28th August... not the best delivery time. It is a well made pipe and was packaged well..in a hurry then source one in the ukARROW LINK PIPE OPEN STAINLESS STEEL KTM 790 DUKE 2018 18 2019 19 2020 20 (Nr. 185882117579)

However I can’t knock the product that was recieved, as it was as described and I’m really happy with it. The seller also issued a small goodwill gesture to me which was much appreciated and shows great customer service. Package arrived directly from Italy within a week of purchasing, immaculate condition, top quality (still in original packaging). Looking at the contents there is no damage to the outer box or insides at all, and the price was at least £100 less than other sellers! Will be using these guys again! A+++++ (I used to live on the IOM - in Union Mills)
