The item was accurately described as a Chanel GWP (Gift With Purchase) promotional item, not a boutique-sold handbag. As noted in the listing, it does not include a serial number or authentication tag, as these are exclusive gifts and not part of Chanel’s retail line.I’ve sold this same bag multiple times with no issues, and it was thoroughly inspected and in excellent condition before shipping. The buyer decided to keep instead of returning.
