That means that you have to hunt around and find screws to go in the holes to hold the hard drive in place which is a pain. Plus it defeats the purpose of the caddy because it slows down the process to install the drive. I am okay with caddy, tho, they are better than scotch tape I was using.

That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.
