They were friendly and great to deal with, even while we worked through some technical glitches with the purchase. Product was exactly as described. Shipping the item required a custom box, which the seller created with an impressive reuse of existing materials. Their excellent packaging came in handy, as UPS decided to ignore the the numerous (and I mean NUMEROUS) "This End Up" labels on the box. Product easily could have been damaged, were it not boxed so well.
