When I received the item one of the four mounting tabs was broken. I was replacing the original trim piece because I had broken two of the tabs myself. I wrote to the seller and explained the part was defective but that I thought I could fix it. I asked that if the fix failed would they send a replacement. They agreed. I was able to fix the part and it is good as new.
