It is as described, new, fully sealed, and has google TV. This is an exceptional deal on a really good projector. I use it in place of a 50" TV and I'm very happy with it.

It was watertight waterproof, which was very helpful, because I was having very wet rainy weather here. As an electronic device, this was very nice that it stayed and remained dry.
