The seller stated in the listing that they would send the missing parts upon request and did in fact respond and ship two of the missing parts although it took more than three weeks to reach me. The most important missing parts were the leveling sensor as well as the entire effector thereby rendering the printer unusable.

They delayed and made me argue with them for days to finally admit they could not get the part to me. In the future they need to follow through with their promises and stop stringing people along when they cannot find a replacement part. Overall though, FLSun makes good 3D printers, but this seller is not actually FLSun. They are a reseller and not officially endorsed by FLSun.
