Almost one month later on July 19, he said that the GPU no longer works correctly. There are many possible variables as to why it worked properly upon receipt and then had problems later on including user error. Due to the nature of crypto and these many variables, as well as the extensive time between receiving the GPU and the customer reporting a problem, no refund or return was offered.

Neutral instead of negative because the root cause was FedEx, not the seller. Package arrived after the latest estimated delivery date, and was returned to sender due to FedEx ignoring a vacation hold. I would be happy to cover any costs to re-ship the item, or receive a refund minus shipping/handling, but seller did not accept either option. The final outcome is technically within eBay policies, but still disappointing.
