Although, it was missing the original Arctic packaging box, but maybe that's because this was OEM item? My item had the "QC Passed" sticker on the radiator, which meant that the item was checked for the rubber seal disaster event which ended in May 2022. I am likely to purchase again from this seller. Sadly, Arctic liquid 2 is discontinued even though it performs the same as arctic liquid 3 and is MUCH quieter. Grab the 2s now!

Most likely a discounted shipping program for large sellers. Ended up buying another one before this one came because with no tracking I didn't know when it would come. Then I requested a refund a few minutes later because that usually gets a vendors attention. Normal stores want the money and just go on and ship the item and send me a message letting me know something. They said not a word and just approved the refund. I found that to be kind of strange.
