Packaging (2 very sturdy cardboard boxes & a few foam blocks) was a little concerning, but the PC made it here without damage, like new. A shipping delay and an inventory problem was disappointing, but PC-BUY was prompt and clear with their communication and gave us a discount to adjust for comparable parts. My only issue with this is that the seller created the tracking number on the same day as the order but did not actually ship the item until four days later.
