As is always recommended, I reached out to the seller to figure out a plan. The only option was to accept an excuse "Sometimes this happens at the warehouse" and a $5 discount. Which isn't reasonable since they charge so much for books in "great" condition. You will either have to accept the loss or spend a bunch of your own time shipping it back. FIND A DIFFERENT SELLER!! See my pics. "eExcellent" is a razor blade through it.
