It was well packed and arrived safe and sound. I was nervous because it's so expensive and there's no returns, but everything was fine! The projector is awesome. It is as described, new, fully sealed, and has google TV. This is an exceptional deal on a really good projector. I use it in place of a 50" TV and I'm very happy with it.

Nice new projector but it has a defect and the seller wasn't willing to work with me over it other than telling me to "update the unit" which it was updated the first time I used it. The manufacturer said it was an issue. Basically in performance mode aka "max bright mode" the entire image is green. This cannot be corrected at all, even if you take all the green out in colors. It is a known issue with some of these projectors on my searches for low and high output settings(can upload)

Brand new in the package, all parts and pieces present, and fully functioning. The seller took great care in Packaging for delivery. It was watertight waterproof, which was very helpful, because I was having very wet rainy weather here. As an electronic device, this was very nice that it stayed and remained dry. Great seller and I highly recommend!
