Unfortunately as the seller was packing them to post out, they noticed a tiny chip in one of them. Contacted me and offered the choice of a full refund or a discount for two glasses, which I chose. Brilliant communication, swift action to refund part of my bid and well packed for posting. Received and christened yesterday with a cheeky whisky! A* seller!

Once unpacked, I checked the item, and the seller's photos were a very accurate representation, of the item and it's condition. They were very honest about small areas of damage on the silverware. I was pleased that, applying silver cleaning paste slightly improved this, and also made the silver in general look even shinier! Overall, the item, price, and service were great!
