First order arrived very well packaged but due to the USPS sending them to Canada and then NY where they sat for 3 days, only 2 shrimp made that journey...contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a full replacement order, this time USPS had them to me in 3 days and all arrived alive and well. Also appreciate the little extra shrimp accessories included with both orders! A+++++++++++

Yet every shrimp arrived alive. The seller went above and beyond with the insulation for the box. On top they added an Indian almond leave and some shrimp food as a bonus. They also included a little bit of liverwort in the water with the shrimp to provide comfort and a good source of food to keep them busy. Every shrimp got straight to work in my cycled tank and hey look happy!
