  This past packaged great! It was shipped in 2 or 3 layers of bubble rap, and flattened between 2 pieces of cardboard tightly. I was also surprised to see it came in a plastic packaging sleeve as well. The sleeve was heavily taped and I wanted to double check page count and quality so I did end up having to cut into the plastic sleeve. Everything was as described. The pages looked great and covers looked stunning. If anything, with how it shipped the wavy-ness of the book itself was fixed! 5*s!!!

  This buyer was refunded their money almost as soon as they purchased the item. I messaged them saying that the money would be refunded, and it was. So I don't know why they would expect the item even though the order was cancelled and they got a full refund.
