First photo was freeze after 5 minutes, the second after 15 minutes. We were not able to offer you an upgrade as Macbooks are far less common for us to come by since we primarily deal in Windows machines. We're very sorry again, but our customer service team supplied the proper troubleshooting Q&As for this issue.
