However, if you go to a part store they will have the same part. Which will not work either. The problem lies with the outside diameter of the rack side threads being a mil off. It will not thread in to a hybrid rack and pinion. Moog has the right one, had to run the vin with Honda to find this info. EV800323 is the Moog part that will fit.
