Opened package and PC turned on as Windows 11, Sent reply to Slash Tech asking for help 20 minutes after it arrived. Plus sent 2 more emails over 3 days. No reply from them at all. It looks like a great computer just not the one I ordered. Went on Ebay and hit contact seller button but when trying to connect that way it will not let you send a message.

Purchased for my kids school wrk. I purchased these specifically bc they fold into touchscreen like a tablet and still had camera for wen online with teachers however I did not receive the devices the seller has advertised. Not at home but can deff upload videos later if need to

They aren't 360 they don't fold as advertised and they aren't touchscreen. I ordered these for my kids online school wrk however they aren't what I paid for
