Come to find out there was a LOT of dust in the battery ports which was causing the tool not to get full power from the battery. After blowing both the battery ports and the motor out it seems to run as intended. I just wish the seller would have done what I did before selling it. For the price I can't complain.It's a great sander and it works in all speeds.It was used but has life!
