    This started as a negative experience. The radio was not as described.....it was clearly remanufactured, with a "tested" label on it. It lacked manufacturer packaging (styrofoam). I was truly upset, and contacted them via ebay messenger. They admitted that it should have been listed not as "brand new," but as "open box," and not only gave me a full refund, but told me to keep the item in case it worked properly! That level of prompt service more than makes up for the mistake...THANKS!
