As soon as you reached out to me I immediately returned your purchase price plus the shipping and told you to keep the item even though I could have asked you to send it back and sold it. I apologized for my error and you appeared to be happy. While I lost money on this, my customer satisfaction is most important. I am dismayed to see that you posted this negative review. I am not sure what else I could have done to fix this error.
