It was a panel box listed as new. It had a missing front cover which is needed for code. It had a HUGE dent in the bottom corner. Likely from shipping mishandling. However, I don't recommend them to anyone. Right off the bat started blaming me and accusing me of it not being the item they sent. It was priced good. Fedex delivery Photo doesn't match your story about the package. AVOID THIS GUY !
