The seller stated that the original order was an as is sale with no guarantee of operation. That statement was false as the original Ebay order clearly stated that the watch was "as new and had never been worn." This seller in my view is not to be trusted. Final outcome was Ebay stood behind their guarantee to refund in full for the defective watch.
