With his baseball career apparently over, he landed an illustrator's job at the New York Globe in the sports department where he soon was combining his passion for sports with his love for the odd and unusual. With more than 350 Believe It or Nots and original illustrations by Ripley's official cartoonist John Graziano, the entire book is dedicated to the bizarre, colorful and entertaining universe of baseball oddities and trivia.

I cannot figure out eBay shipping; I ordered 2 of these books from different sellers on the same day and one arrived in 5 days and this one in 8 days. Curious, but regardless this will be a perfect Christmas gift as we've lost a brother this year. It was packaged securely and was described appropriately. A very reasonable price - thank you.
