I was never given a tracking number nor did they respond to my messages. Ebay issued me a refund that I hadn't asked for (buyer protection) and I appreciate that. Unexpectedly, the item showed up about 3 weeks later in packaging that appeared was from somewhere else so I'm assuming they do drop shipping. Their Ebay page claims they are in the US but I think it is actually overseas.
