I had no problems with the item, so return/exchange was not necessary, but their E-bay listing states, "Returns allowed within 30 days".

(201)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter Kaufprice was too hard to pass. more than 60% off the other listed prices. i think the low price was because it was on open box item and the size and color. even though it was open box purchase, it was boxed in the original packaging and plastics, and everything was brand new with no blemish or scratches. helmet was quickly shipped and delivered (probobly becasue the store was in the same state i live and the city was adjacent to my county. im very happy with the purchase and the seller.
