The sellers communication was meticulous and very detailed including pictures of packaging and where the various elements were (vibrato arm movable bridge etc)... The seller took great care getting the shipping address right. Shipping was fast with DHL, in fact it arrived a day early. I kept reloading the tracking page. :) The bass is exaclty as advertised. I honestly think these Greco copies are better than Gibson's originals. A great experience and I won't hesitate to do business with the seller again.
