The seller was fast to respond to any messages, was fair, and willing to work out any issues. I am very pleased with not only the item, but the sellers communication and honestly. No return of the item was required, avoiding further hassle. I greatly appreciate a seller that stands behind their word. A+ seller, would deal again. Cons: Minor time delay to get replacement Pros: Seller apologized for confusion, prompt refund, no item return required.
