I was disappointed to find upon opening the box that this beautiful resin wastebasket arrived with a huge triangular piece broken off, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap with Styrofoam around the sides. I notified the seller that I would try and salvage the item by gluing the loose pieces together, and they very nicely gave a fair partial refund for the item and I am grateful! It seems to be holding up so far. Thank you!
