I made sure to check the listing to make sure I wasn't in the wrong about it, nothing was in the description or photos and it said "good condition". When I reached out to the seller with photos, they said it was fine before. Photos show pliers that could have been used to annihilate the back of a broch and snap it in half. Weird thing is a glass bottle survived. buyer requested a refund and to keep all the items. ebay told me to do nothing as i have photos of items intact prior to shipping. 100 insurance on pkg. third pic is of a brooch back that was listed as one of the items for sale thus not broken. see all my pics as proof of this unwarranted feedback.
