    overall it's in good condition , but the description of "likely unused" or the item condition being listed as "open box no signs of wear" is inaccurate due to scuffs. however, the seller packed it nicely along with its charger and a battery. and shipping was very fast! i would recommend this seller.

Seller stated this was a mistake and was able to provide options being, refund in full, partial refund or discount on other items.
