In one email I was informed the package was being sent to my parcelshop; in another that it was going to my home address; an email from Evri gave me a tracking number but then absolutely nothing - not surprisingly because (as it turned out) the seller routinely uses Royal Mail services. I will always use the Royal Mail, as I cannot trust EVRI. The real problem lies with E/BAY as they charge the smallest amount to the buyer for posting via. EVRI. Royal Mail maybe a little more expensive but your good will arrive via. Track post. E/BAY are also totally out of order with overseas postal charges.
