I was told I have to "ask to see a picture of the actual item". You could have mentioned in your listing about the damage. You did not describe it at all. It is the sellers responsibility to describe accurately the condition and take good pictures to show what I am buying, and give the size too.. This was a refurbished stamp in my opinion.
