Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!
