The original item, although well-wrapped for delivery and despatched promptly, was damaged in transit. As soon as I informed the seller a refund or replacement was offered straightaway, I opted for a replacement and this arrived promptly and fully intact and in working order. I would therefore certainly recommend this Ebayer, and confirm his 5 Star customer service!

Item could have done with better packaging as it arrived open just hanging out of the bag, but arrived much sooner than expected. Luckily my item was heavy duty so no damage incurred during transit. I would still recommend the seller, buy in confidence

Also arrived on 2 separate vehicles, so I had a bit of a panic when only 1 parcel was delivered! Quality piece of equipment and good value compared to others I have seen. Easy to put together, only a 1 man job. Good service.
