I had noticed my tracking info was not changing so I contacted the seller. They responded promptly and contacted FedEx and determined the packaged was lost. The seller immediately sent out a replacement which I received within a week to the US. Product came well packaged. Authentic part, just as described. Will do business with again.

Before it arrived I reached out to seller inquiring about other hoses they may offer, they didn't have them sadly, but the seller is very kind and friendly. Shipping from China to US will always take long, but it actually showed up about a week faster than originally quoted.
