This valve only has one moving part and no spring so am expecting it to last longer. Luckily the rubber seal fitted inside the old valve collar so no need to saw the pipe stack.

They even then looking at tracking said I signed for it . Could really do finding another courier.

The issue occurred because the buyer arranged their own return and used an incorrect address instead of the eBay return label. As a result, the parcel was never delivered to us. eBay reviewed the case and resolved it. We always recommend using eBay’s return process to avoid such issues
