This included the voltage at the +ve and -ve when fully charged that is slightly higher (no load) than stated on the battery. As the issue I had was either the battery or the tablet it appears it's the tablet. As the problem is the tablet I am unable state with surety that the battery is a good one but It certainly appears a quality battery and a value for money.

Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the headsets which meant I couldn't use them for my purpose. After I explained the problem, without any hesitation Mark said return them for a refund . I would gladly have just accepted a replacement but unfortunately it was the last one he had. In short I will deal with Mark again.
