When I brought this to the merchant's attention they were highly responsive and helpful. They resolved the issue by sending me the missing sprue from their own personal kit! Overall, great customer service and fast shipping. I would recommend this merchant to my friends and family - I myself am planning on being a returning customer.

Box and packaging was so professionally done, including eBay logo tape used to close the box. I didn’t know that such a tape existed. The appearance was if it actually came from eBay, the company as opposed to a mom and pop seller. The kit was perfect and as described thanks again for the extremely fast processing and delivery. Outer box was unmolested , kit in new condition as advertised although there was an edge crease to the box but kit was priced at a discount . I didn’t do a complete parts count but there are a great many parts for this small scale. The shipping time was surprisingly fast for the long journey over land and sea , a great plus for me the buyer.
