I need to let you know. Your request is gray leather. The gray leather is the handle leather. The back side did not use the gray leather. It keeps the original plastic black color. So, you will find the back side is black not gray. We need to let you know this. About the scratched, I am not sure if it happened in the packing or shipping or install. We will check our video before we pack it. Anyway, thanks for your recommendation. Best Regards
