The picture shows a dark walnut lid on a glass canister and the actually item is a very light neutral wood. Not at all what I was looking for. Contacted the seller asking for the correct item or a refund and they said, “can you use the item somewhere else in your home?” They offered to reimburse me less than $5. I said no I wanted a full reimbursement or a new product that is accurate to the description and then they ghosted me.
