My only criticism with the product, they are absolutely fine for the ankles but not so great on the wrists as velcro straps are a little short but even though I can only use half the strap , they do stay on and will be purchasing heavier weights in the future. Can't fault the seller.

They were perfect and I didn't notice that they were there during my practice. I am not able to use them as wrist weights though as I can't get the strap tight enough around my wrists. They are too loose so will have to look for different options for my wrists but they are brilliant for extra leg resistance. Hope to deal again.
