The sticker was able to be removed but it was a bit of a pain to take off due to the strong adhesive it used, and they didn't list the product with the sticker on it.

I was then told to wait a few more days again and promised a $10 voucher. A week, no voucher received and told AGAIN that it was "sorted out", to wait a few more days and they'll refund the voucher amount. They didn't and ignored my previous enquiry so mentioned buyers protection policy to which they stopped responding after further enquiries.Used to be trustworthy, sketchy seller now.
