He asked us to cancel the order refund his money when the jacket got shipped with tracking number.3. When the Jacket got shipped, Buyer earlier said he won't be able to receive the jacket because he is out of the country.4. Then the item got delivered to his address. Buyer has intentionally damaged the item with a blade so that full refund is retrieved.

They are implying that we should not have opened the package if it was damaged. We don't feel that the seller will resolve this were they refund. We just want a refund and a return sticker to send it back. We've sent multiple pictures and those are not enough now they're asking for more. The pictures clearly show the damage two packaging and product.
