The stem of the scythe has a lovely detailing to it & the colouring is a realistic metal looking (But it is safe hard plastic). The reaping fake plastic blade is a nice silver metallic colour which also helps with the realistic appearance. The pieces of the long handle part unscrew for easy storage. Excellent item! Thank You
