The Sony MDR-ZX110NC over the ear noise canceling headphones are designed with comfort and convenience as top priorities. I contacted them and the only reply was requesitng a picture. I was at work when I replied but let them know it was only the white brush head size or style W like the other one had that I was missing. Again only reply was to send a pic of what was received. This should not be this difficult.
